            We have purchased 2 gift cards. One is a full $25. The second card we partial used with $9 and some change on it, and was used at the Highland Hts location before it closed. We attempted to use the cards we have left twice since only one location is still available in Concord twp. Ohio. The Concord store only would let you order on line, which is fine but the gift card system they had online would not work. They would not let us use the card when we picked up our order. We called and spoke to the Pizza shop Manager and she said they were not using registers at all. She gave me an email to us to reach the finance guy of the business so we could get our money back from the gift cards they sold to us. The Gentleman named Dan has refused to return 2 emails I have sent out to him. I was reaching out to you for help. That's almost $35 they are keeping of our money. The email address I have is *************.com Thank you so much. During hard times I hope I can get my refund of my money back. *** *****
