My ******* 05 on Dec 4 had a blew up spark plug they told me to swap the engine. Last month the job was done but check engine light was on. Johnie billed me for extra work which was not told upfront. I provided new harness, hose pipe and engine mounts. They gave me quote for $2900 to swap engine with parts. I paid him $1000 cash when engine came in. After engine swap he ask me to drive car for 2 days or 80 miles and later they will see why check engine light is on and will fix it. I told him Air conditioner is not working which was working before, power steering is noisy which was not before. Engine cover n hood stay rod is missing. He said if I pay him balance amount today in cash he won't charge me $530.28 new job so I paid him balance amount $3064.61 cash. Today he said I have to pay more or he will not fix AC and CHK engine light issue, but he will put engine cover and Hood rod back and fix power steering noise (which is due to leak) he also didn't reply to my email. When I visited him last week he didn't even remember that car is still in his back yard. He also said to keep driving there is no harm.

Sajjad, like I said I can no longer help you on this one. The business is not charity, I did work on your car worth over $1000 for free and you still want me to work for free. I can’t do that. I am sorry. We can still be friends but you don't have to emotionally and professionally blackmail me
You brought your car in with a damaged engine which happened from your blown spark plug. Our Business did a free diagnostic, put in new spark plugs and tried to help you restore your old engine at no charge. When you damaged your engine there was no way for me to test the car and verify any other damaged component, We replaced your engine with a used one in which we gave you a warranty on. Now you are reporting our Business to BBB, what have we done wrong?
