My hair was a level 2/3 black/brown with professional dye. I wanted my stylist Belle to get me as light as possible without damaging my hair. She assured me her technique wouldn’t damage my hair — she was going to order a special color remover and then bleach+tone it once. The color remover process alone ended up being 7 hours and I was told the whole session would be 5 hours at the most. Getting charged $50/hr. The remover did indeed damage my hair. It was extremely dry and broken and the texture was changed to a ramon noodle consistency that I definitely did not have before (my hair was almost completely straight naturally). It was horrible I almost ran out of the salon, I looked like a cheetah. But I trusted the process and let her continue with the actual bleach+10 volume developer which I knew would not lighten me enough to even everything out and not have it be a disgusting orange. Which she even said those exact words “disgusting orange”— that I WOULDNT have that color. Well I did. The toner was EXTREMELY painful on my scalp, burned for days later, and it didn’t even work. She knew it looked bad &told me to come back for a re-do. The month of March had a 20% off deal which brought me down to $400 still because I was there 8 hours and it’s $50/hour+the cost of the color remover. I came back next week and she bleached it again. it fried my hair even worse& the toner barely worked again. I had to get my bangs cut short because the ends were literally falling out and she couldn’t pull a brush through them. I left with essentially the same color as before and my hair damaged to the point of no return.I told her it looks the same&she said I would have to come back for future sessions to get more highlights. But my hair will fall out if it’s touched with bleach again. They posted a photoshopped after pic of my hair.I sent the owner my before&after pics. She tries to blame it on the hair products I use at home.I use all high end products anyways-out of characters-

I called the salon last week to see if I could get a appointment for 2 pedicures and 1 manicure for a 12-year-old for Saturday 12/17/22. I was happy with the operator tld me that I could get that at 2pm. I have never been there but was happy i could get in some place. The operator Abby did tell me that she needed my cc number because if I cancelled there would be an 8% charge for the services because she informed me that too many people cancel. I did provide her with the info. I did make to the appointment at 1:30 to make sure I was there with my granddaughter and daughter as well., I was informed that that I was early I told her that was no worries we would wait but she was able to get my granddaughter in for the manicure at that time. Me and my daughter did sit, and we noticed all of the dirt that was there. Really as soon as walk in we were hit with the strong ammonia smell and saw all of the dirt. It was just not the normal dirt were people come in with dirty boots and salt coming in it was dust all over the floor in between all of the stations and dust all over the tv, just the most disgusting dirt I have ever never have I seen dirt like this in a business before. My daughter told me that she would not get the pedicure here because of this. I did talk to the receptionist about this, and she told me they would charge my cc the full amount. I asked to speak to the manager, and she did come to talk to me I told her the same thing as well and she told me that they do compile with the **** state board, and they did clean at 8am as well and that she could not help that people come in with dirty boots and bring in salt. I did tell her that it was not the ordinary dirt that I was talking about. I also told her that I could not trust this business to sanitize their equipment for the pedicures and we were not going to risk our health on this. She told me that she did respect this but will charge my care for the full amount of the pedicures. My daughter felt bad, so she gave her 80.00 cash for the 2 cancellations and of course she paid for the manicure. I told the manager to start cleaning because I was going to go to the **** State Board. I went to their website but could not figure out how to file a complaint. I did call the number on the web page but got a general vm I did leave a message.
