I was working with a salesman on a Bronco lease. I was given a dealer plate to take the vehicle home because the computer's were down. So nothing has been signed besides an insurance liability waiver. I soon decided this vehicle is far too expensive for me given my long history of medical problems and uncertainty of future employment. I've tried to reason with the salesman and simply want my trade back. The salesman is trying to strong arm me into keeping the vehicle even though, once again, nothing has been signed.

I came to this ford location back in march to have my car inspected for a computer issue. Ford assured me the computer was fine and replaced a coil and the spark plugs. I drove off the lot and the check engine light came back on for the computer again. I had to take it back three weeks ago and have the computer completely replaced. Just last week when I looked under the hood, I noticed a hose disconnected and the hose leads to my brake booster. I have been struggling to stop the car for weeks. I called the ford back and the service manager Scott refuses to take responsibility for the hose being disconnected even though I have not had my car service since ford.

I did talk to this customer about her concern. I let her know that if the brake booster had been disconnected she would not have been able to stop the vehicle from the moment when she picked up the vehicle. I also offered for her to bring the vehicle in, or, if she was not comfortable driving the vehicle, that I would have it towed to our facility. She declined either. I cannot verify what is going on with her vehicle if I cannot see the vehicle. If this is a Ganley Ford responsibility, we will fix it. The vehicle does need to come to the shop in order to find out what is wrong with it.
