            June 24th $458 Behind-the-wheel driving instruction My son is unable to attend the lessons and wants a refund The company is refusing to give a refund stating there is a 6-month time limit. I started asking for a refund before the 6 months by driving to the school and calling the school. The school was not open during regular business hours on 3 occasions and tried calling 4-5 times. Our paperwork has only been turned in for a couple months at this point. Payment was made in June, but we did not complete the paperwork to move forward until Jan of 2024. They are refusing to give a refund and have been rude and disrespectful. While their temperament is not against the law, I find it hard to believe that we are not entitled to a refund when there were no services rendered.

            I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Professional Driving School. Medina (main campus Parma). My son, due to extenuating circumstances, has decided to wait till he turns 18 to take the driver's exam. He had already made payment to Professional Driving School and asked for a refund as no services had been rendered. The school is refusing to give him a refund. Instead, they hide behind the fine print of their policy of no refunds after 6 months. The customer support has been unresponsive and at times smug & rude. I would strongly advise others to steer clear of this company unless you're prepared for frustration and disappointment. Buyers be aware of the fine print. I think it's shameful of a company to take money from teenagers when they have supplied nothing in return.
