I have been been with them for 10 years, and that unfortunately has been wraught with disappointment after another. So I will be seeking a new agent. They keep giving me awful recommendations for homeowner insurance coverage, and I don't trust any of their suggestions at this point, The first recommendation ( that no longer practices homeowners coverage in Ohio), *** Insurance, never so much as sent me my check to start my claim process. Almost 5 years later and I still don't have that check. The next recommendation, ****** *********, literally found every means not to pay my claim and low balled every estimate they believed it would take to fix my situation. Not one contractor would agree with any estimate given to me by ****** *********. So apparently, I have to work 80+ hour shifts for the next month or so until I can remedy my own issue. And to that I do not recommend them to my worst enemy. The part that hurts the most is that one seeks an insurance agency to earn the trust of their clients, and unfortunately I trusted them when they didn't earn my trust.

In response to your homeowners claim with *** in 2019, we were able to verify a payment was indeed sent to you and that claim was finalized and closed. Earlier today we spoke with you regarding your recent claim from 1/9/24 and provided some clarification to your concerns regarding the 1% deductible and how that is applied to your loss amount. We also suggested that you gather your estimates for the damage to your garage, cost to replace your damaged personal property and removal of the tree and to forward those estimates to the claims office so that they can review for possible payment. We certainly understand your frustration and would sincerely hope this can be resolved promptly and accurately. We strive on providing the best customer service and take every opportunity to ensure all our customers are treated fairly and their insurance needs are met.
