            Petland in Parma sold me a puppy for $4800 and my family and I had to rush her to the emergency vet not even 16 hours after buying her. Turned out she had parvo and was on the brink of dying. “Manager” Amy quickly tried to deny any responsibility for selling us a sick puppy and took multiple calls to the store and customer claims “department” just to get them to agree to the pay for her emergency care so she wouldn’t die. They left me with a $300 vet bill that they agreed to pay because I wouldn’t sign a form saying they were not responsible for what happed to our puppy. Took days and weeks to respond to emails. Found many people who had similar experiences from this pet store. They claim the puppies get daily veterinary checks but no vet anywhere on ground after research from my lawyer. Save your money, time and tears and do not buy your baby from here. Morally corrupt people.
