I had this company install a patio this winter that finished April 2022. Overall work was satisfactory except for some minor issues that were addressed. There are a couple items that I reached out to the company for some quality issues and warranty info. There were several attempts to have the issue corrected but unsuccessful. Specifically limestone surrounding a fire pit that is not leveled. The company said they came install shims to level it off but when came time to do it they stated they couldn’t because the glue set. The company came to inspect then notified me it wasn’t off that much for them to adjust it. They informed me that if there were to attempt they would charge me if the stone broke. My rebuttal was why am I charged for something I already paid for that’s not installed correctly. It’s been weeks and no action has been taken. I specifically mentioned I will not beg for them to correct something that they need to do. This needs to be corrected with no charge. I’ve also asked for warranty information for appliances that were installed and still haven’t received that info.
