      I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. From the start of the experience to the end, it was just a mess. We had originally gotten 3-4 quotes to remove a very large tree in our backyard. Premier was a lot cheaper than other companies and told me they were only scheduling out 3 weeks, so we went with them. It was almost 7 weeks from the time I accepted their proposal to the work being completed. Technically, it's still not compete because they left huge logs in the front yard, so I guess you could say 7.5 weeks by the time they get those. That's double what I was told originally and we would've went with another company if we knew that. It was delayed twice due to weather, which is not their fault at all, but that was only a week delay at first and then a day so it was still double even without that. The communication in this company wasn't great. I had to call them to find out an estimated ETA because nobody said anything. I was old "probably 9-10am" but it wasn't guaranteed which is fine. I asked them what all we needed to do and they said to keep the cars out of the driveway/have payment ready for when the job ended which indicates we needed to be home. They crew randomly shows up at 12 with no calls or notice, no knocks on the door either. They went into my backyard & left my gate open so when I tried to let my dog out to the bathroom, he escaped. Luckily he wasn't hurt or lost, but it would've taken 2 seconds to knock on the door and be curtious!!! They told me they didn't know anyone was home even though the office said we needed to be there. Later, they dropped a large branch on our patio and didn't clean it up until we complained about our lights being smashed down. I understand things happen, but they acted like they didn't notice the damage. The crew also left cigarette butts (which could, again, harm my dog if ingested) & empty water bottles in my backyard. I would never do business with this company again and I'm very upset about this experience.
