On 5/29/23 I ordered two pairs of shoes from their internet store and was told I would have my order in 7-14 days. I waited the 14 days and received nothing. I called and left a message and also emailed them. I received an email back stating that due to the high demand they had run out of supply but that my order would ship that day. I received a separate email stating it had shipped and showed a tracking number. The email indicated it would be another 7-14 days for shipping. I emailed them back stating that was too late and I wanted to cancel my order. This was three days ago and I have not gotten a response. I’ve called and left 3 messages and also sent 3 emails and still no response. They have already taken the money out of our account and now I can’t get any response from them. I also checked the tracking number they sent and it shows nothing other than the order is in China, which I was not told when I ordered. I would like to get a refund of the $55.97 taken from my account.
