Cant say enough about the board savvy team, prompt, professional, and have a can do attitude! Great group to work with. Got our job done in less time than expected and jumped through many unexpected obstacles to do it! Highly recommend them for any *****************.

I cannot express enough of how happy we are with our new floors! We have a 117 year old house with 2-3 additions and we knew the floors were... challenging to say the least. We were plagued with uneven floors and weird slopes, but not anymore! From the estimate appointment through final install, they were very upfront, honest, and communicative every step of the way. Lisa helped us to find the best flooring for us and ****** killed it on the install! I can 100% say we will use them in the future when we decide to change it up! Board Savvy team of Hunter, Randy and Lisa did a great job tearing out nearly our entire first floor and replacing with hardwood. Lisa helped out a lot with selection and worked with us on pricing options. Randy and Hunter were super professional and helpful, keeping us updated on progress and timelines every step of the way. We love our hardwood install and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!Review from Jenny D

OMG! Where to start except to say that thru some out of our control circumstances Board Savvy rescued us! They promised exceptional customer service and that is exactly what they delivered. From our first call and meeting with Lisa to the last day, we had great communication and service. I want to give a huge shout out to Hunter, Randy and Darren as well for all their work. I called Board Savvy to install our first floor after the installer that the place we purchased our floor from was giving us the run around and not calling to schedule install. We were extremely happy with the way things turned out. Board Savvy was very professional and easy to work with. Gave us the quote timely and even gave us pointers if we wanted to tear out our old flooring - which we did. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their floors installed. They should be your first phone call. The finished the install ahead of schedule and we could not be happier. Thanks for a job well done!Board Savvy, LLC Response

What can i say about this company! They are simply put amazing. My main contacts were Lisa and Randy and they have been more than helpful and accommodating in installing our engineered hardwood floors on our second floor. They are simply stunning and look better installed than the first floor flooring that was installed (which were totally botched). If you do have flooring needs please hire this company. I would highly recommend Board Savvy to anyone looking to install new flooring. Lisa went above and beyond helping us pick out the perfect floors. Hunter and Randy were timely, efficient and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and were extremely respectful, not only of our time, but also of our home. Their great sense of humor and professional demeanor was refreshing. No cigarette butts to pick up after they left, like many other contractors or offensive inappropriate behavior in front of our two teen girls. The floors look great and I know if we have any future work, or friends/family looking for new floors I wouldn't hesitate to call Board Savvy, they are the best!Board Savvy, LLC Response
