            Entered by BBB staff LO Consumer hired the business in 2022. They would not return any of her calls in 2022, they did not come back until October of 2023. She states the business demanded money up front in cash, she paid $10,000 total, all in cash she has receipts. They did not complete the work or get an inspection. They will not return any of the consumers phone calls. The consumer has proof of failed permits from the city.
