      I have attempted to reach RV Reviews on many occasions by various means. I've talked with their service, sent emails and even had a classmate who now lives in Perrysburg drive to their facility (but gave him an incorrect address which I found on the web). I purchased the Ultimate Package which included the 2006-2018 edition of the Travel Trailer & Fifth Wheel Comparison Guide in preparation for retirement. A later connection by phone confirmed all three reviews were still available. My intention is to apply the funds earmarked for reviews toward purchase of the latest edition of the Comparison Guide since Covid delayed progress in my efforts to get on the road. None of my attempts have been successful at attracting their attention, at least enough to elicit an answer. Perhaps your intervention will.

      On March 9, 2023 I ordered and paid via Paypal (Transaction ID *****************) "The Ultimate Motorhome Package E-book" (order #*****) for $129.95. I successfully downloaded several sections of the material purchased and completed the form to request 2 of the 3 custom reports that were included with my purchase. The website advertises: “Once you have filled out your form you will receive your report within 24 hours weekdays. It has now been 19 days, and I have not received any requested reports. I have called three times (always getting the answering service) and have left messages twice but have never received any return calls. I have emailed twice but have received no response.

      Purchased two RV reviews from RVNet, a division of the James/Butler company, on 7/7/22. My account was billed for $49.95 and the purchase approved with an order number *****. These are electronic documents that should have been available within 72 hours. To date (8/8) nothing has been received. I followed up with a couple of emails and two phone calls on 7/13 and 7/20 requesting the two documents. I spoke with **** on the first call and **** on the second. Again, I have not received any response. At this point, I would like a refund. Thank you for your assistance.

      I have an email receipt of the transaction. I took a picture of the receipt and tried to add it to the box above but not sure if I was successful.

      I will be glad to forward the email or send it some other way if the picture does not come through.

      I apologize for the delay and confusion. Our new website went live immediately after Mr. ******* submitted his order and we lost several weeks of data during the transition.
