            BBB opened an investigation into Carpentry Worx after receiving complaints from consumers who said Todd Eisel had a new business name and had not closed his business. BBB audited our files, and found that Mr. Eisel called our office on June 27, 2022 and stated he had "closed his business down and already had another job". So, BBB updated the BBB Business Profile to No Rating and advised consumers that T-Ice Carpentry Works LLC was out of business.

            BBB reviewed the complaints and emailed the consumers for additional information. On July 27, 2022, a consumer advised BBB that Todd Eisel had a new business name. BBB searched the Ohio Secretary of State's website and found he had registered a new business name Carpentry Worx as of 7/26/2022.  

            As both names, T-Ice Carpentry Works LLC and Carpentry Worx are registered under the same legal entity, BBB is treating them as the same company, and has reopened closed complaints and is pursuing new complaints under Carpentry Worx. 

            After searching the internet BBB was unable to find an active website, FaceBook or any other social media. 

            BBB will update this portion of the Business profile if new information is learned.
