Hello,
On March 27, 2024 I had paid $50.00 for a hygienist appointment scheduled for March 28, 2024 at 4 PM with Aspen Dental Pickerington location (address ***** ***************** ** ** ***** ************* ** *****).
However, the appointment was cancelled the day of and I asked for a refund to be processed the same day. When I checked on the status of my refund a week later I was told that the claim from my dental insurance provider ****** ********* was denied. I then contacted my provider and got a new claim to be processed.
When I called ****** ********* on April 29, 2024 I was informed that the claim was processed and approved and was cashed electronically on April 22, 2024 to the Pickerington Aspen Dental location. However, Aspen Dental office says that I still have a balance with them even though they are in-network and insurance provider shows that my approved claim states that I do not owe them anything.
I simply wish to receive a $50.00 refund from the Pickerington Aspen Dental for services not provided and for them to contact my insurance provider ****** ********* (PPO # ************** / DHMO ####-###-####) to sort out the claim issue.
