On Sunday 7/17 I had received a massage from the masseuse that I had been coming to successfully for years. At the end of my service as I was checking out and tipping I asked the employee at the register (Hope) about the back facial for my daughter. My daughter had had one from this location before. **** was also sitting beside ****. **** stated **** is actually one of our employees that does the facials. So we proceeded to book the appointment.
We ultimately settled on Friday July 22, 2022 at 7:30. **** and **** explained that **** could do it but she only had a certain time slot and that she would have to get it approved through management because the employees schedules are set and that I would receive a call if they could not. She said I am setting the massage as a facial and if **** could be approved for the time slot of a back facial it would be scheduled.
The day of the appointment arrives and my daughter ends up having a conflict so I decided to go in her place so as not to lose out on any money. I call up to the location and after attempting to call 7 times with no answer I get ***** on the line. I explained to her that my daughter would not be coming but I would be in her place. I then asked her what all did the back facial entail because I myself have not had one before and her response was we don't have you in the system for a back facial. We have you in for a regular facial. I responded with that is not what I scheduled when I was just on here last week talking to **** and ****. ***** then said "well I can ask **** when she gets up here is she can to a back facial because they are the same amount of time when she gets out. But I don't know." My response was why is this not already set correctly. I am now upset and not in the mood for even getting the back facial I cancel and am charged but I go up there anyway to talk to ****. Get up there and decide to go through with it and was charged and refused service. Left ******* ******* a voicemail.
