We spent over 16,000 dollars on our kitchen remodel. It took well over 4 months for the process to be completed. There were over 4 occurrences when we had family members waiting at our house and the contractor did not show up and there was no phone call to tell us. We had to point out flaws that were not treated nicely when they came out to fix. Now, 6 months after our kitchen is complete, We are having to fix issues ourselves that were done half way by the contractor. The caulking in our backsplash is coming off, there are gaps in the cabinet and ceiling where it should be filled, and we have had to repair things ourselves with some of the cabinets that were installed. The contractor was rude on site in our home and commented on what was on TV, what was being eaten, and many other things. The guy helping left a lighter in our bathroom that my 4 year old found and brought to me. We were told at the end that we owed more money for issues they should have accounted for to begin with. A cabinet was not properly measured and we were without for months. Comments were made about our flooring we had another person do because we were not happy with this business. I have had many people ask who did our kitchen because the items themselves are very nice, but I will not give out the name of this company. When the work was done, we were slammed with another 1000 dollar plus bill that should have been estimated for in the total upfront price, especially when we had to pay in full to begin with. The separate company who installed the counter tops were very professional and took care to not mess anything up, while the contractor left trash and other things around I had to clean up. It was an awful experience and when we do more home work, we will not be going through them again. I told the owner my concerns and the response was, oh we don't ever get complaints. 250 was knocked off the final price we had to pay. The money and now upkeep we are having to do so soon after is insane.Business response

Well I just read this complaint for the first time. Not sure how I missed it . I would have hoped my client or BBB would have called to bring this to my attention. Not being very tech savvy & from the old school. After 40 yrs in business we always do our best to help resolve any & all issues . Supply chain issues are among all the business in todays world. I will call my client to find out why it has been so long before this is brought to my attention.Initial Complaint

I have been waiting for over 4 months for my kitchen to be finished. Flooring has a large flaw, waiting over 3 months for my counter top.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/04) */ To whom it may concern We installed countertops A short few days after the complaint came in. We now have installed another vinyl floor. Presently we are awaiting a response from Becky as to Her next day off for my installer to meet & go over Items Becky deams pertinent Thanks for bringing this to our attention as we were completely blind sided on this issue. Lead times what they are in all fields I thought Becky was understanding of all this,
