Had driveway sealed last year after a few months seal detiorated. Sent several emails takes 7-10 before anyone gets back to you. Sent pictures still no reply.Review from Annette B

They make promises and don't deliver. They had to coat my driveway a second time and splashed paint on my garage door. This happened on July 18, 2023. They won't remedy the situation. I have patiently tried to deal with them for several months. This is November 27. They were holding payment until I was satisfied. I was even promised a discount from a field advisor for all that I had gone through.As time went on, I didn't trust them and put a stop payment on it on October 17. They sneakily got the money by spelling their name slightly different. At this time I feel I owe nothing and they need to repair my garage door! Don't let their friendly demeanor and smooth talking fool you. I was hoping all this time it could be resolved. Hopefully BBB can do something.Review from Rebecca C

I had contracted with this company some years ago and felt they would be good to use again, that is not the truth, I could have gone with a Fly by Night as I had several to come by and got as good a job as Americoat did. They talk about Integrity, absolutely not.My contract stated they would be here on Aug 26th, 2021, they showed up, had cracks and crevices which needed filled be fore first coat, not enough used, put first coat down had 48 hours to stay off, they came back Sat for 2nd coat, another 48 hours so all in all 5 days of staying off drive. second coat they had to try to put more filler in before doing, the drive was disaster, scuff marks and is definitely not a good job. they gave me a small amount off instead of returning and trying to do a better job. I paid the amount as I do not want my credit destroyed over a business that cares less about truth and integrity.I would not recommend this company nor will I personally use them again!What you are told and what they do are two different things entirely. *********************Review from William E. My driveway was crumbling so badly I didnt know if it could be sealed. I never expected to see my drive look as good as it did! My neighbors said they spent a lot of time repairing my driveway. I expect this to last until the next seal. Thank you so much excellent work!
