On April 12th 2021 I payed to have a liner installed in my pool. I was told it would take no longer than two weeks, to get the liner in and have it installed in my pool. I was informed that I needed to pay half up front so on April 12th I paid $3,592.88. I have contacted them every week since then. They kept telling me it is on the way. I recently asked for the number and the manufacturer of the liner, so I could confirm that the reason I have not recieved it was because of the manufacturer. I was told they were not allowed to give out that information. Two weeks ago was the last time I was able to reach them. In that phone call I was told that they were getting a shipment in the next day. I told them if it was not in I wanted a refund. Now they will not answer the phone. I emailed them to tell them if I did not have my liner by the end of October I wanted a full refund. They have not emailed me back, and are still not answering my calls.
