My son purchased a crate engine for me as a birthday gift on 11/2/21. The engine was supposed to be ready by 01/28/22. I contacted the store in January and was told that because of Covid there was a part’s shortage and the needed another six weeks to complete the motor. I waited until 04/25/22. At this point I was frustrated and asked for a refund. At this point I still haven’t received a refund. All I want is my money back. The issue occurred at the autozone in Port Clinton Ohio. The store number is 5182. The phone number is **********. I was talking to the manager his name is *****. The amount of the engine that I never received is 4948.00. Anything you could do to help would be appreciated. ThanksBusiness response

I have been in contact with the district manager who was handling this situation. He has been working with our corporate office to resolve this issue. Customer has been provided a tracking number to provide to his bank to see if they can locate the transaction. The customer claims the bank cannot the transaction.
