Bad bed bug problem! Refrigerator and microwave didn't work. Management never called me back. BEWARE. I have pictures of the bed bugs!

When we pulled back our sheets to get in bed we noticed live bugs both on the sheet, under the mattress and in the blankets. A profane racist word was also written on the sheets and there were many hairs and crumbs in the bed. We asked the manager to have all of the bedding stripped and please provide us with clean bedding because clearly they did not change bedding in between guests. We left the room so they could do that. We came back up and pulled back the sheet. The same word, stains, and crumbs were still in it. They did not change the bedding at all. We went down to ask that we cancel our next nights stay and that we watch the staff remake the beds for that night. We were assured we would receive a refund for our next nights stay but that we had to officially cancel it the next day though hotels.com. And then call them to let them know we did that. When I called the next day, the lady told me absolutely “no refund” and called us liars saying she has notes on what the staff did for us the night before. Do not stay here, they should be shut down. They absolutely do not employ any cleaning staff, it was the owners kids who came up and we paid $200 per night for this room. I’m planning to continue to make as many reviews as possible so other family’s do not experience the filth and scamming of this hotel. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. I will be posting pictures as well and reporting them to the health department.
