      I placed order #****** which was shipped to me on 11/24/23. I have uploaded the invoice I received in my order. I have tried calling the number tooth's business to find no-one will return your call. The number says mailbox is full. I have sent an email on November 28th and also received no response. I ordered 3 peeps, on in blue, one in green and one in purple. I received 2 pink and a black peep which I didn't order. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the customer service of this company.

      Carbon Klean’s Peeps eyeglass cleaning gadget is a terrible, defective, ineffective product, and unlike every other retailer I’ve ever seen on Amazon.com marketplace, Carbon Klean doesn’t issue refunds. They make patently false claims about its effectiveness and seem to be somehow gaming Amazon’s customer reviews feature. It’s a ridiculously ineffective consumer product!

      Order ****** placed on Sept 5, 2023. I left a detailed voice mail with your customer service department right after placing the order requesting it be canceled as the 3 day shipping was mistakenly added. I also sent a detailed email to the email address listed on your contact page requesting the order be canceled and asked for a confirmation email that the order was canceled. No reply was sent. I then called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I have tried to contact Customer Service at ************** during business hours, but the line is constantly busy. You have no way to cancel an order online after it is placed. It appears that the default shipping is the 3 day shipping option. If this isn't resolved, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. Here is the text of the email I sent on Sept 5th: To: ********************  Tuesday 9/5/2023 3:30PM PDT Subject Order #****** I placed an order for 3 Peeps and when I checked out there was a charge for $52.50 for 3 day shipping. I want to cancel this order because I didn’t have a chance to review the shipping information. I have alerted my credit card company to dispute this charge. I left a detailed message on the ************ number requesting the cancellation of the order. Your website doesn’t display the credit card information when it is typed in. I had issues trying to determine if the info was actually entered. This is confusing and should be changed so the information is displayed as it is typed in. Shipping information should be clearly displayed or a separate screen so the default free shipping should be marked and if a different method is desired the customer can select the shipping they desire. Please confirm by reply email that this order has been cancelled.

      On Jan 22 I ordered 5 peeps eyeglass cleaner (buy 5 get 5 free). I received my order of 10 on Jan 29. After testing one of the peeps on my eyeglasses, it did not perform to my satisfaction. I decided to request a return for refund. I sent them an email on Feb 5 requesting instructions for the return. Waiting a few days, I sent another one on Feb 8. To date, they still have not responded to my email. I also called them and have not heard back from them yet. I paid $104.67 with tax on order number ****************.

      Transaction Date: Purchased online January 30, 2023. Received order last week. Amount Paid: $49.17 One reason purchased was the "30 day money back guarantee" advertised with the product ad. Dispute: Product directions for cleaning warn lenses need to be "clear of any oils, makeup etc" before using the "Peeps" cleaner...and to remove those by using "Renew Cleaning Wipes" (not included with the product). They also warn "scratches may appear in the lens that was not apparent before using the product". NONE OF THESE WARNINGS WERE IN THE AD FOR PURCHASING THE PRODUCT. There is no way I will risk damaging my glasses or cell screen by using this product and opt to return the product for a refund. The product is in original packing. Attempts to return the item are blocked. The company phone number goes to an answering machine that is "full" and the customer support email address does not work. I wish I had checked BBB before the purchase (I USALLY do that!) because complaints are on file. This is clearly a low quality product with a 30 day return policy that is a scam.       On 12/17/2022, I purchased product from this company. I received the product; determined it didn’t work and returned the product, following the store’s return policy. I sent them an email on 12/28/2022, letting them know the product was being returned. It was shipped on 12/28/2022. I haven’t received a response or a refund. I would just like my money refunded. ORDER *********-CK, $99.95, Peeps (glasses cleaner).

      Purchased $100 worth of their Peeps product on Nov 28, 2022, was given a tracking number on Nov 29, 2022. I checked the tracking information via the DHL link their provided daily for weeks, it never gave any status updates for weeks. The week of Christmas 2022, one day the link they provided instead of showing any status updates (which the original status never changed), it now instead said "no results". I've talked to DHL and they said this occurs when someone creates the shipping information and sends that information to them, but they never get the package, and eventually the tracking number is removed as there is no package to track. I confirmed that if this happens then it means the package did not arrive, and they confirmed that the package never was attempted to be shipped. During this I sent multiple emails, and still keep sending emails to try to get a status update, or anything communications wise from the company. I called their support number, and like everyone else who I see online crying foul about this company, I was forced into a voicemail. I left a voicemail with contact information and my situation. Still have not received any information or communication. Searching around on the internet this seems to be a very common trend for this company, and it's rather disappointing. At this point I don't imagine I'll ever receive the product, the company appears to be mostly fraudulent, and I will likely need to get both financial and legal representatives involved if these reviews I'm leaving don't get me a response from the company.

      Paid for their product on the 26th of December. On the 27th i got an email that it shipped but the shipping company says there was an issue with my package and to contact the merchant. I've sent them 6 emails with no reply at all.

      Company charged me $43 for this product. I never received it. “Customer support” does not reply. So now I’m out my money.

      I purchased 2 peeps plus 1 free in October. The order # is *********-CK. $42.38. My complaint matches many of the other complaints listed. They are cheaply made and did not clean any of my glasses. I emailed for instructions how to return them. The only response I received was from "peeps@giddyup - support.com" was that my email request would be sent to the proper dept. I made it very clear that I wanted to return them for full credit. No invoice or other papers came in box with peeps. Finally after several more emails, I returned them Nov 20, Certified, Return Receipt Requested. That cost $12.20. The certified response card was returned signed by one of them Nov 14. No word from them. So, of course, no refund. I have sent another email. I'm asking for a complete refund of the purchase price, $42.38. All things considered, good customer service would add $12.20 to my refund. I don't need an apology. I just want a refund asap. Thank you.
