            On weds 10/2/22 the floor drains in the basement of the house I rent from them started backing up, overflowing from the floor in the basement. I reached out on Thurs 10/3/22 and spoke with **** about this issue. I was told they would call a plumber that evening and set up an appontment to remedy this problem as we are currently unable to use the water at the residence. When water is being used the drain will overflow. I have not had any further correspondence with her or the property manager as they will not return my phone calls. I have left messages daily since being told they were going to take care of the issue. The response time for any issues with the property takes entirely too long especially when we are looking at potential property damage to both my property and thiers at this point. I do not know what else to do at this time but I do know i need to be able to run water in the house. It has now been over 5 days since I have notified them and I have not been informed of any plans to repair the issue. Again the issue being that waste water is backing up out of the floor in the basement.

            Rented from them for 5 years. First year went well. Every year after that they would call and say we did not pay rent, would give different months when they realized we kept receipts. Would take a month or two to return calls for things that needed fixed. Once contact was made about something needing fixed would take another month to get done. Moved out on March 5th of this year. No security deposit returned. Rent was paid in full for March and was not prorated once I moved out. On April 26th, they called me saying I did not pay rent for December 2021. When I sent them a picture of the rent receipt they said November instead, and also said that I did not pay rent for April 2022 when I had moved out on March 5th, 2022. We sent text, called and email our 30-day notice in February. Would highly recommend not renting from these people. It made me give them 1 star they don't deserve it thou.
