On weds 10/2/22 the floor drains in the basement of the house I rent from them started backing up, overflowing from the floor in the basement. I reached out on Thurs 10/3/22 and spoke with **** about this issue. I was told they would call a plumber that evening and set up an appontment to remedy this problem as we are currently unable to use the water at the residence. When water is being used the drain will overflow. I have not had any further correspondence with her or the property manager as they will not return my phone calls. I have left messages daily since being told they were going to take care of the issue. The response time for any issues with the property takes entirely too long especially when we are looking at potential property damage to both my property and thiers at this point. I do not know what else to do at this time but I do know i need to be able to run water in the house. It has now been over 5 days since I have notified them and I have not been informed of any plans to repair the issue. Again the issue being that waste water is backing up out of the floor in the basement.
