Hello, I tried a software tool online with this business and they will not cancel my account. There is no way to cancel online and I must do it through the support emails. I was charged the day after I asked for the account to be cancelled, twice, once on Sept. 3 and August 5.
Emailed to cancel and ask for a refund on May 25, August 4, and Sept 3. Messaged the business owner on ********* on August 18 and he responded August 31 to say email support email. I emailed the helpline and was charged the following day on Sept 3.
Other than ******** saying to email again, I have had no response and at this point it feels like they are stealing! We are is a very difficult situation financially with my husband having to support us through a new line of work and expected any kind of response and quick resolution!

On 9/15/23, I purchased the Real Estate with God program while watching the Wealth with God online conference. When T*** D***** spoke about his successful career wholesaling properties. He claimed the system works, someone just needs to follow the system and they should be able to recoup their $10k investment within just 30 days! This offer was made with a high pressured 24-hr window and fast action bonuses, promising personal connection with T*** for him to review a transaction. I was also pressured to sign a one-sided contract without the ability to negotiate or make changes only AFTER taking advantage of the 24-hr purchase window and depositing $2,500.
The program was sold with the expectation it would help me be successful at wholesaling real estate - "without even having to set foot inside of them." After using the service as instructed, it did not deliver promised results. The experience has been misleading and deceptive and did not meet expectations set forth in marketing materials.
To resolve this, I called Customer Service several times and was sent to vm. The vm's were responded to via email, each time from a different person w/ different answers, with no record of previous emails. I ultimately was overcharged for the program - $10,088.
Attached is relevant documentation including an email sent to the company on 2/7/24 I have not received a response from.
As a faith-based ministry, I put trust in *** ***** selling the program with integrity, again saying this was a one-time offer with a 24-hr window to purchase. Unfortunately, that is not true. I received multiple offers to purchase after this.
