We hired this company to do our patio last year and he hired a guy to plant all the plants and the 3 blue spruce trees in our backyard. The first tree started dying 2 months after it was planted. The 2nd tree started not long after. I reached out to **** the owner and told him, and he said that there was no warranty on any of the plants. What landscaper doesn't give you a warranty? We had ***** **** come out and look at the trees and they told us that they all had diseases and that they could treat them, but it would be $800 every season and we said no to that. I told **** this and he basically said it was our problem. I contacted another landscaper and he said he would remove the 3 trees and replace them at a cost of $3,800. We don't have a choice they have to be replaced. I told **** this and asked him for $1,000 to get the 3 removed and replaced. He sent me a check for $350.00. Really?????? All I was asking for was a portion of the money and that's all he sent to us. I told him he needed to go back onto the guy he hired to plant all the stuff and he said it would just be a waste of breath. I'm sorry but that guy should have to pay for this not us the paying customer. We are not asking for anything more or anything less than what we originally asked for. Can you help us try to get the remaining $650.00 from him? Like I said we paid him over 80k for this patio project and asking him for $1,000 didn't seem too unreasonable. Thank you.
