Total SCUMBAGS !!! They want to evict my mother-in-law, who's 77, and has lived at the particular property(they just aquired), for 17 years...WTF !!

SLUMLORDS & descendants of Pinocchio! Discrimination: PTSD - Service Dog. - Accommodation requests ignored / no intent to approve. - Requesting post-secondary “verification” of disability qualifications or status. - Deliberate torment of Service Dog; interruption of Training & Leisure. A $10,000 FEDERAL fine! ( Maintenance lunged at Service Dog while operating a riding lawn mower in retaliation of requests to leave the property line.) Retaliation: - Targeted violations for complaints, online reviews or reporting crime. ( Vandalism, Theft, Drugs, Stalking, Harassment, Retaliation, Speeding / Traffic Violations, Child Endangerment / Neglect & Abuse.) - Premature eviction filings against both parties involved in reporting. - Sabotage; Management & favorable tenants will attempt to falsify complaints against you without filing reports or providing supporting documentation. ( Libel damages from false incident reports.) Gossip from evicted tweakers has caused libel damages through defamation fabricated stories through several drug abuse; causing neighbors to stalk residents & child windows out of retaliation. Gun threats to neighbors & guests; child window after eviction. - Road rage & traffic violations while children are present. - Impeding traffic by abandoning vehicle to engage & threaten resident for accessing driveway, Impatiently speeding by honking; almost causing an accident with a child in the vehicle. Violation of privacy with peaceful enjoyment of property; repeated unwarranted trespassing. -Ignoring privacy and private events outside operation hours; holidays & weekends. Repairs are made by the cheapest contractor/ associates. - Cutting corners during build / installation/ repair; resulting in damages. -Repair tech walked off the job without notice, left plumbing dismantled. Company letter demanding “No contact order to manufacturers / associates” for complaints filed & online reviews/ postings. Community guidelines are not upheld.

Well they are non responsive to serious health and safety violations In This park. I was bitten by a dog in the park loose unattended and I texted the management she responded the next morning and said I would call the police. I waited so I didn't want to do this the wrong way,and not allow for management to respond first as a courtesy. So I took her my phone and she read police report . As instructed on police report I reached to Newton Falls prosecutor office. I kept ******** *** up dated and requester thier cooperation in this matter. Not only was this dog unattended and let run loose in the park,the owner was drunk and it took 3 times for me to ask him to get that dog away from me. His exact respond was " if my dog bit you you must be a real piece of ****." SO bottom they received notice e about the incident and the parks involvement was done.She said no one ever complained about the dog in question. But a women in the park said she was in fact bitten not long before me and in front of owner from Behind leaving a bruise on her behind . Also witnessed by her boyfriend. She did not report not sure why. But was willing to discuss this with Manger etc. Probably out of fear of being stonewalling by management. I just have had enough.their supposed pet policy went into effect In 2016, stating dog weight was a max of 35 pounds, must not be a menace and not vicious bt ohio law. Etc etc another dog at *** ***** but a small child about maybe a year ago give or take. Rot was reported child was given medical care, but that dog moved in after weight requirements and me a e and vicious and that dog still li es In This park and still gets loose from time to time when the owner is at work. Am I crazy here? The rules were printed about 5 days ago and given to me so a copy of park rules in hand.black and white. My biggest phobia was getting bitten by a dog and basically mocked for that fear to become real walking down the road. Rules are rules?
