Campbell-Trembly Electric sold my elderly parents a ******* Generator on 6/14/2021 and advised them he would install it in a couple weeks. My parents paid Josh ******** $5,500 deposit in full. Josh then claimed he was unable to get the generator due to Covid. This went on for over a year. He would string them along and told them that they were next on his list. I reached out to ******* on 8/30/2022 and filed a complaint. Josh ******** forwarded my parents the installation portion of the deposit in the amount of $1,000 on 8/31/2022 and promised the remainder upon credit from *******. I followed up with ******* and they have no record of the generator ever being ordered. I'm requesting Mr. ******** to return their remaining balance of $4,500 or I will seek Legal action against his business.Business response

We apologize for how long this has taken. It was never our intention to have this go on as long as it did. Many different avenues were explored, outside of ordering from ******* directly. Nevertheless, your refund will be on its way and mailed out tomorrow (12/8/2022). We sincerely apologize for everything that has happened, that’s not how we are or try to do business and will see that things change in the future.
