I had to move out of home due to an emergency family issue and I had little time to prepare arrangements for my dog since I was moving into a facilities with strict pet regulations. After I signed Ace up for training as a support animal, I discovered that my facility would not allow him to stay with me until his training and certification was complete. I therefore cancelled the training on March 16th, 2022 and explained that I would not be bringing him for the March 20th appointment. However they had debited the payment on March 12th. I disputed the withdrawal through my bank and they reversed it. However, the company claimed the withdrawal was valid so the bank withdrew the payment again. When I contacted the organization, I was told that they had a no refund policy. I decided that perhaps I would allow that withdrawal since I did take him to an evaluation appointment and they supplied me with some materials. However, although I had canceled, they took another $400.00 on April 12th and $400.00 again on May 13th. I have now filed three disputes with my bank since my account is now negative. In total they have taken $1200.00 out of my account. In addition, they claimed I re-enrolled on May12th for classes through their online site, which I did not do. When a trainer contacted me regarding my dog’s registration in this new class, I was told that the enrollment is handled by a third party. I did receive an email from Ascend Wix regarding Re enrollment, and I immediately contacted them to state that I had never Re enrolled for the service. As of this writing, they have not responded. I spoke with the bank on May 17, 2022, and was told that they had a copy of the cancellation. My resolve would be that I should be refunded $800. This incident has caused me great grief as I continue to mourn the loss of my dog. I was told that some sites have several layers of response when you attempt to discontinue a subscription, but I am certain that I did not Re enroll.Business response

I have sent SEVERAL replies about this complaint.
I spoke to ****** ***** over the phone just last week and have had email conversations with him and he said that he would be taking care of it!!
You NEED to call me to have this resolved ASAP!!!
