      I purchased a teen driver education bundle for my 15, now 16 year old daughter. It was advertised as you pay for both classroom and then the in car driving. You could not schedule the in cars until they had completed the in classroom. At the end of the classroom they issued a code to enter a part of their site to schedule in car driving. The only problem is there are no openings because they say they do not have enough driving educators! They took peoples money without having the means for these drivers to have in cars in a reasonable amount of time. To me this is tantamount to fraud. They took peoples money for something that they cannot provide. I have been trying to get my daughter in and it has been over a month and I have only been able to schedule 2 in car sessions in August AFTER she goes back to school! If they could not provide the service they should not have taken peoples money. They also should have been very clear up front about their in car shceduling in that you are now at their mercy to at an undetermined time to get the in car. I also have to continue to visit the scheduling site all day every day in the hopes of capturing a time slot, while I am fighting with everyone else to get a spot. If it isnt resolved soon I will be asking for a refund and if one is not provided will be seeking legal means. I would prefer for them to get our child in to the in car and schedule them instead of making us jump through hoops due to their poor business practices.

      Hello this is ***** with DSO. I apologize it took us to get back with you, but I just received the email today. It went through a few hands since we have more than one company. We have fulfilled our obligation to the student of Ron Vrancken. Ron signed a contract which clearly states the time frame we have to finish the student. As you can see in the attachments, student took classes on June 19 finished and since have scheduled the 4 drives they need to complete.  I see in the students notes mom contacted us August 4 which was the only contact we had from them. We have 6 months to complete which we usually complete before then. We add drives ever second week of each month for the next month. For example, we open drives up September 13, 14, 15 for October drives. They had July to get drives scheduled for August. I am attaching all the records for you.       Paid in full for driving classes and in car lessons for my daughter. I have made several attempts at reaching this business to schedule her in car lessons. I have only reached a person once and they said they would forward my name to a scheduler but never received a call back. I have also sent an email with no response.

      We purchased the program for our teen driver. He has completed the final in person driving class in the end of August 2021. He now needs to schedule the in car driving portion to complete the program. Columbus Driving advised us at his last class to call to schedule. I have called 5 times during their posted business hours. No one answers and voicemails have been left each time. Three emails have also been sent. No response. These attempts have been over a two week timeframe. We have paid for this program already in full to include the in car driving portion. We have paid $365.00. My teen has not been able to complete the program of the in car driving portion as Columbus driving Academy has been completely unresponsive in our attempts to a schedule with them to complete the program.

      I purchased a drivers education package through Columbus Driving Academy for my son. I have attempted to schedule in-car driving sessions for my son. I have left voicemails and sent emails to Columbus Driving Academy and they have not returned any of my messages. I contacted them via email on 6-28-21, 8-31-21, and 9-4-21. The online scheduling does not work. I am requesting that either my son be scheduled for the in-car sessions that I paid for or that I receive a refund.

      I purchased a bundle in September 2020 that included both online instruction and 8 hours of in car instruction for my teenage son. The bundle cost $379. He completed the online instruction course in December 2020. We have not been able to schedule his in car instruction since. The online scheduling application does not work and calls to the business are neither answered nor returned. I have also tried to email the business. We have had no response and are unable to fulfill the second component of the course we paid for. I seek a refund for the in car portion of the bundle for which I paid one year ago.
