If I could give zero stars this place deserves it . Do not go here . They will take your money then you will have to wait months to get scheduled . They tell you to schedule online when is impossible because they have the dates booked from people calling in to schedule and they don’t tell you that up front to you have to find that out that hard way . They also will cancel in car driving on you then bump you out a month and half . My son had one in car class left then he could go take his driving license test and they canceled on him . We called the very next day and they said they can’t make up the class for a month and half …….. so my son had to wait for one last class because of the driving academies incompetence… they don’t care they will take your money and make you wait . There are lather driving schools they cost a little more but they are way more professional and up front and honest. One of the places is called Queen Coco , which n know that name sound not real but that’s tha name of the place and they are professional and gets you in and out . Also there is a place on me Albany that if good too .

In reviewing this student's record his original in-car sessions were as follows: April 02; April 11; April 22 and April 25. Due to the threat of severe weather (tornado watches) on April 02 we cancelled drive sessions for the period in which this student was supposed to have an in-car session. The student was rescheduled for that session on 4/27 and his Certificate of Completion was processed on May 01. This student completed the program 2 days later than the original completion date. My daughter took the online class and passed it. I've been calling for months to schedule her in cars and haven't been able to speak with anyone. This place is really a joke and I would like my money back so I can send her somewhere else...... Shame on this company for taking a single parents money like this.Review from Tierra

The worst. I struggle to say this business has the worst customer service, because they dont have ANY form of customer service. Unprofessional. No customer service training of any sort. From receptionist to operations manager. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Take your money elsewhere!Review from Nea

I would like to know when my son will be able to complete his in car? He has been completed his class almost 5-6 months ago! This is ridiculous! My *********** waited to get him an in car and he finally had his 1st session on 10/19 for the driver to tell him he cant drive with him anymore because he lives 2 far. We live in ************ 6 min away from the driving school! He (driver) told us someone else would contact us the next day for new driverheard nothing. I called the office- spoke with ****** who told me that *****, the Supervisor, would give me a call me back for new driver- heard nothing!!!! Our money spent seems to be an inconvenience for this company- Ill want a FULL refund. They dont give refunds; they also dont provide the service! I am NOT at all getting the service I paid for! DON'T patronize this business! They need to be shut down!
