If I could give them zero stars.. This company is very unprofessional and unorganized. The attorney that seems to run this company doesn’t like to answer the phone. I was under the impression I finished paying my garnishment in 2023 months later we’re now in April now May 2024 they’re trying to claim that I owe $1500 in interest accrued. If that’s the case, they should have sent me a letter stating that I still owe a balance. They claim my employer stop the garnishment if that’s the case they still could have sent a letter stating that it was stopped and that it was going to be reapplied. If they showed some communication as to what was going to happen, I wouldn’t be having to write this review. Lack of communication, the woman spoke very unprofessional and overall disorganized way to conduct garnishment. They have my telephone number they know my job. It’s not that difficult to send mail or even leave a voice message instead they want to silently take my money. I will be contacting a lawyer.Tracir Financial Services, Inc. Response

I want to give negative 5. As my wife just called this morning and talked to a guy name **** I believe. She was talking to him about how to get the truck back from repossession. Then he gets rude and personal and asking why we haven't made the payments. Clearly stuff happens and it's none of your business as long as she still has a job. Which she does. And he began arguing with her about it. And telling her what's gonna happen if it happens again as he's being rude and raising his voice. That's not how you do business. U get paid to do a job that's it. No reason to act like that. I wanna report this dude. He shouldnt have a job.Tracir Financial Services, Inc. Response

If I could give zero stars I would. This is by far the worst place to deal with. I quit answering their calls because the gentleman I fela with is always rude. I think he is a bit bi polar to be honest. But anyway, do NOT deal with this company. They asked for my new insurance. I sent them everything via email and still asking for it. How many times do I need to send it. I will NOT pay the $75 fee as I have sent in all proper documentation.Tracir Financial Services, Inc. Response

I’ve been with tracir for 2 years my car was recently repossessed a few months ago when I got it out of repo I was told I had to pay 2 car payments in advance I talked they recently just towed my car again for a repo saying I was 2 payments behind when that was incorrect they made a mistake on their end and make it where I was 2 car payments behind from the last repo they illegally repo my car again for a mistake they made the lady that I spoke with was very rude and also disrespectful and also hung up on me when all she had to go do was look into it and see it was a mistake with one payment on their endTracir Financial Services, Inc. I have never in my life felt disrespected by a company. Employee called me to ask about my payment. I informed her I made payment after going back & fourth she finally found the payment. She ask when was I making my April payment it was due 2 days ago. I informed her I will make payment next week. The employee ask what day, I dont have a exact date but it will be next week. The employee proceed to ask Do you want to keep your car You are been looked at for repossession and she kept saying more rude comments!!! I paid the payment (I am not being considered for repo) I called to report her hung up on twice . I spoke to ****** he said he will get the called pulled from IT. Currently waiting on return call. I am filing a formal complaint. I cant say word from word what she said but it was extremely bad. I have never in my life felt so disrespected. I am beyond disappointed the fact the company is making it seem I was the problem when in fact the employee was rude to me which got me upset. Did your employee not say do I want to keep my car? Did the employee not ask me when was I going back to work in a rude manner not to mention she kept saying my car will be taken. Are you saying she was not rude to me and talking to me unprofessional. Got a truck through tracir 2 yrs ago, have made all my payments with no problems, am currently 33 days behind from the 1st missed payment, I have already paid **** on this truck and have less than **** left. I tried to explain to them that both my kids have had covid in the last month and my hrs were cut due to a semiconductor chip shortage and get them to defer one more month. They refused to work with me on the 30 more days. I would personally think that **** is a decent attempt of good faith!! I would never recommend this company to anyone.Tracir Financial Services, Inc. A little over 3 years ago I was in need of a way to get to and from work. I'd had a not so great history with credit. I stop at a dealership and by the ***** of God this company took me in and gave me a chance on a ****** dollar loan. I had a missed payment here and there but the bank was understanding and worked with me. I'm here today with a paid off 2010 nissian truck.
