      My car was towed 10/14/22 while I was in the store. I contacted the company requesting to get my 2 year old daughter’s car seat so I would be able to transport her to her doctors appointment on 10/17 of which I informed him of as well as her heart medication however the owner refused to allow me to come get them . He stated that this was a “me “ problem and I would have to wait 3 days to get her medication what happened to my daughter was not his concern. He refused to give me any address information as to where I could come and pic* my items thus up putting my child in further danger .

      Ms ***** vehicle was repossessed after business hours. She was accommodated the next day. She never told us about medication. She was concerned about a car seat.

      I am rejecting this response because: the gentleman I spo*e with was made aware of urgent need for my daughters heart medicine that was in the diaper ( he tried to tell me their wasn’t any medicine in the diaper bag I as*ed why he was going through my personal items and he just repeated that there was no medication in her diaper bag smh) as well as the need for the car seat so I could transport my daughter to her monthly heart chec* up appointment I was told and I quote “ that sounds li*e a you problem” and that I had to wait till Monday . My mother and the police both communicated that there was medicine that was needed and he still was not willing to cooperate we even went to the address listed online which by the way isn’t correct . I had to wait till the next day and have my finance company call on my behalf to get them to agree to let me come get my stuff. I needed up paying my balance and was able to get my car completely. The guy who was there when I pic*ed up my car was apologetic and *ind however the person who actually pic*ed up my car is a horrible human being . To say my daughter not having her heart medication is a me problem was completely out of line and extremely unprofessional. ta*ing my car to get chec*ed out because it’s been driving abnormally ever since.

      I'm not exactly sure what the issue with our response was. Your car was repossessed late on Friday evening due to non payment. As all calls are recorded here you never once stated that you had to get medication retrieved from you're vehicle. The only thing you claimed you needed to retrieve was a car seat. We are a business with specific hours. We do not meet after hours. As you were made aware both you and your mother having called over 20 times, you were told what you had to do. We also offered to meet you on the very next day at 9am a day may I remind you we are closed on and you refused that time and said how about 2pm. I thin* we were pretty gracious to allow you to come on a day we are closed. And for someone who now claims you needed medication from the vehicle which again I will remind you that you never stated that when you first called didn't seem all to concerned about getting it ASAP li*e you are trying to portray on here. And I will also remind you that we also didn't charge you the $125.00 redemption fee and that you signed a release form releasing us from any claim or liability from repossessing your vehicle. What exactly is it you want from us? You're complaint is entirely unfounded.

      I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint. My goal is to accurately report the unprofessional behavior that was exhibited by this company’s employee. You can lie and fabricate the truth all you li*e but the facts still stand we both have recording or said calls for our records. I hope to never have to interact with this company again and they should not be allowed to do business.
