      I am writing to formally report a suspected case of online vehicle purchase fraud involving 4:19 Auto Sales LTD (formerly Glory Auto Sales), located at *******************************************Transaction Details:Vehicle: 2001 Mercedes SLK VIN: ***************** Purchase Date: December 17, 2024 Total Price Paid: $5,953.95 (including $5,537.40 sale price and $416.55 sales tax)Seller: 4:19 Auto Sales LTD (formerly Glory Auto Sales)Platform: Autotrader Dealer Contact: ****** **** ****** ***** Contact Number: ************** I found this vehicle listed for sale on ********** and completed the full payment to the dealership on December 17, 2024. After finalizing the transaction, I arranged for a representative to pick up the vehicle, but upon arrival, they were informed that the car was not available and were advised to return on a later date.Since then, I have been in communication with ****** ****, the dealer representative, via text message. However, he has ceased responding to my messages, ignored my calls, and has refused to provide any updates regarding my vehicle. After initially rescheduling the pickup date to February 3, 2025, he once again canceled the pickup with no explanation, claiming the car is "unavailable." This pattern of deception leads me to believe that I have been scammed out of my payment, and the dealership has no intention of honoring our signed agreement.Gathered all payment records, text message screenshots, and call logs to substantiate my claim.I would appreciate guidance on any additional steps I should take to recover my funds and hold the dealership accountable.       They changed the dealer name to 419 auto sales lld now. This man sold me a truck for $14000 told me everything was good on the truck was in overall really good condition. When getting the truck it had no oil was squeaking. I went and put oil in the truck to find out it had an oil leak. So I took the truck to a mechanic first thing to find out he sold me a truck with $2500 in engine repair work about 10 things wrong with it from busted hoses broken sway bars,head gaskets,belts,broken harmonic balancer. Put in illegal bondo cover on the back fenders to cover up rust put in illegal side panels on the old ones to cover up rust. Falsified an inspection form with all these things checked off saying he checked the oil gaskets hoses everything 360 on the truck and it passed all inspections. I called him to ask about why he lied about the inspection and he legit told me I dident but an inspection form I bought a truck of course an as is truck will have mechanical problems go get them fixed. I contacted the company that did the paperwork for them and they dropped him due to this issue. Not only that did ****** the car dealer owner told me and the **** financial owner to basically go f*** themselfs. I bought the ******** and contacted the people that sold him the truck they said they only sell trucks for two reasons. It either had a rotting frame or the engine and work was deemed too much to fix or compromised. The mechanic I took the truck to told me it looks like it got in a wreck he bought this truck as a salvage title for cheap fixed the front damage of the truck covered up all the rust with cheap illegal side panel work and bondo work and left all the damage internally in the engine for the costumer to repair. Again he told me everything was in amazing shape on the truck no damage ran fine and passed all inspection. Just to get it and it have 6-8000$ in damage! The picture I sent is from the mechanic only listing half of the problems wrong with it.

      June 12, 2023, I got a suv from 4:19 Auto Sales LTD via an auto loan.

      When I got my suv, I really liked the way it looked but before I signed anything I asked the owner if he could have his mechanics look at it before the week was out just in case things need to be worked on and to fix any issue that the mechanic found. The owner assured me that the very next day his mechanics would check my car out and fix anything that needed to be fixed. So, we got all the paperwork done.

      I returned the next day, but no mechanics were there. He told me the mechanic would definitely be there the next week, and he scheduled an appt for me to come back. When I arrived for my appt. I told the owner about some issues I noticed during that past week. The owner assured me again the mechanic would fix all of these concerns along with anything else he saw wrong. So, again, I waited and waited for hours, and no mechanic showed up.

      This went on for about 2 months with the owner rescheduling appts for me to come back for a mechanic, but every time I arrived his mechanic was never there, and he always had a reason why his mechanic wasnt there, and he would just reschedule me again and again. The owner eventually said his old mechanic was moving back to ******** within a month and that he for sure would fix everything.

      This issue has been so exhausting: power steering failed, window fell down, and we taped it up, heat does not work, randomly shuts off in the middle of the road while driving etc

      I then realized he kept promising a mechanic to get me to keep the vehicle for a certain amount of time and then I would not be able to trade it without any issues from my ****************** So, now, I still have tons of car payments for a car I cannot drive.

      I wanted to add additional information about my case as I was not able to fit it all into my initial complaint.  My ***************** is Automative Credit Corporation.  They are the ones I make my monthly payments to.  After the owner of 4:19 Auto Sales LTD (formerly known as Glory Auto sales) kept rescheduling my appointment for a Mechanic that never came.  I contacted my Auto loan company about this issue but there was really nothing they could do about it.  The owner would have to buy back the car and I would then have my loan switch to another car in which he would get paid for that one, but the owner refused to take the car back after and allow me to trade it in for a vehicle that actually works.  The owner has caused me to miss so many days of work for absolutely nothing because all those days I went for my scheduled appt his mechanic never showed up.  The owner has sold me a complete lemon, it is as if he got the care because it looked nice put it on his lot without ever having a mechanic look at it.   I waited for months for him to fix my car, then one day his sister came into town to visit, and the owner had his sisters husband look at my care and fix a couple things, but he wasnt even his mechanic.  His sisters husband told me that he could not fix everything as the car needed so much work done on it, and he was leaving to go home, which is in another state. His sisters husband stated that he could not believe that he actually sold me a car in such a condition.  Sure, it looked nice on the outside and inside the care but under the hood needed so much work done.  His sisters husband said he didnt even come to work on any cars, he was only there to visit.  So that was the only time my care got looked at by anyone and there was still so much that needed to be fixed that never got fixed and that was only one time. Then the owner went back to scheduling the appointment and me arriving and waiting for a mechanic that never showed up.  At one point he asked me to leave my car with him and that he would keep it there until he had a mechanic look at it.  He tried to give me a loaner car that was so trifling and filthy, it had food all on the floors, the seats were covered in trash. It had fast food cups in the cup holder, the gas was on E and the car had a horrible smell to it.  I informed the owner of the loaners cars putrid condition so I ended up not leaving my car due to the horrid state of the loaner care, I told the owner that I would come back for another appointment to see the mechanic when he came, and the owner said OK.  The owner apologized for the horrid condition of the loaner car, but no one ever cleaned it. It was so disgusting.  The owner said that I could come back then when the machine gets there, and he scheduled another appointment.  This went on for several months. My care no longer works because he never fixed it like he promised to fix it.  At this point I dont want the car; All I really want, and need is a car that actually works and runs and looks nice.  I looked online at the reviews, and I am not the only one he has done this too.  Please check his former company name, Glory Auto Sales, reviews and you will see that I am not the only one he has done this too.

      iThe person who tried to fix the rear view mirror glued it on the windshield & put a lot of pressure on the windshield & shattered it. I told him I wanted my money back. $5,651.31 They didn't say anything. Tuesday they called me & told me ****** was bringing my car to me with the windshield shattered & broken. I was devastated. I called AAA the next morning to come tow the car back to Glory Auto Sales. I told them I wanted my money back. This man named ****** dropped his pants & told me to kiss his ___. I punched him in the booty & asked him who he thought he was? He did this in front of ******, the owner & *****.

      I purchased a 2013 Lexus with 198,000 miles on Monday. I put $6500 down. My payment is $400 a month. It broke down Tuesday. They had it towed to Advance Automotive Diagnostic. I was told the warranty denied the request for a new engine. I have not been able to reach Glory.

      Problem:
      May 8th 2023 I payed $6,500 down for a 2013 Lexus GS 350 AWD but they only recorded $1,154 as my down payment!! I had it for half a day before the engine started having issues. The lied and tried to get the warranty to pay for the new engine and the denied the claim saying that there was already something wrong with that engine. So he went and found an engine and its been done for almost 3 months. The owner of the car lot keeps telling me he's waiting on funding and I need to be patient. I've been patient long enough. He owes the mechanic $2,500 for installing the new engine. And I still have yet to get any results from this place. Also the owner keep avoiding me and saying that I'm not going to keep harassing him for calling and showing up to find out whats going on!!

      Bought a car for 5,654.00 on 1/28/23. Still no title. Temp tag expired, can’t drive it. Company won’t answer my phone call unless I call from a different number. Go back up there and company has a different sign up- don’t see Glory Auto Sales now.

      On 7-30-22 I called Matt at Glory Auto Sales in Reynoldsburg, Ohio to see if they still had a car that I was looking at on their website. They told me they still had the car so I drove 2 hours to see the car. When I got there they couldn’t find the keys to the car. I waited 3 hours and they still were unable to find the keys. They asked me if I wanted to put a deposit on the car and I initially said no. Then they said they would make the deposit refundable, so I gave them $1000 cash deposit and they gave me a receipt for it, which was shady because they had to scratch out no refundable and hand write refundable on the receipt. I went back the next day because they said they had found the keys. I drove they car. I made them an offer to buy the car but they declined my offer. I said that was fine. We couldn’t agree on a deal so I asked for my deposit back. They said they would have to send me a check in the mail. After two weeks I never received a check so I called them and they said that the check had been cashed and deposited into an account at a Chase Bank. I don’t have an account at Chase and I never received the check that they said they sent. They said they are opening an investigation through Chase to find out what exactly happened to the check that they supposedly sent me. Basically, I gave them a deposit of $1000 that they said would be refundable (and I have the receipt that shows this) and they are not giving my money back. I’m feeling like I just got screwed out of $1000.
