COMPLAINT: HISSONG ******** OF *********, TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE!I SPENT $32,000 AND THEY HAD MY TRUCK FOR TWO MONTHS. THEY REPLACED MOST OF THE **** SYSTEM INCLUDING INJECTORS, TURBO, MOTOR MOUNTS, COMPRESSOR ALL NEW OEM PARTS. WHAT THEY DID WAS BROKE THE INJECTOR HARNESS ELECTRICAL PLUGS THAT CONNECT TO ALL SIX INJECTORS. THEN INSTEAD OF REPLACING THE TWO HARNESSES THEY SILICONED THEM INTO THE NEW INJECTORS. 4 MONTHS LATER #1 INJECTOR FAILED DUE TO THIS NEGLIGENCE. ******** ******** IN **** FIXED IT. THEY FOUND THAT ALL THE PLUGS WERE BROKE AND SILICONED INTO THE NEW INJECTORS. THIS COST A WEEK OF DOWNTIME, HOTEL, AND THE TWO INJECTOR HARNESSES. I CONTACTED ****, THE SER**** MANAGER, AND HE SAID WORKMANSHIP IS ONLY WARRANTIED FOR 3 MONTHS. I TOLD HIM, YOU GUYS ARE A ******** DEALER AND I EXPECT PROFESSIONAL WORKMANSHIP, NOT SHODDY WORKMANSHIP. THEY SHOULD HAVE REPLACED THE HARNESSES. THEN I CALLED AGAIN, I ASKED SER**** ADVISOR TO GIVE MY PHONE# TO THE ****** HE SAID HE GAVE IT TO THE **** PRESIDENT. IT'S BEEN TWO MONTHS AND NO PHONE CALL. THIS ******** DEALER IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. ONE MORE COMPLAINT: THEY TOLD ME THE NEW COMPRESSOR WAS ON BACK ORDER AND IT WOULD TAKE TWO WEEKS TO GET. SO I CALL THEM TWO WEEKS LATER AND THEY SAID ANOTHER TWO WEEKS. I THEN ASKED FOR THE PART #. I CALLED ****** ******** PARTS IN ******* AND IN 5 MINUTES HE TOLD ME PACCAR HAS THE COMPRESSOR IN ABOUT EVERY PACCAR WHAREHOUSE ACROSS THE COUNTRY. AND ****** ******* HAD ONE! I ASKED THE PARTS GUY, WHY COULDN'T ********* ******** FIND THE COMPRESSOR. HE SAID BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T DO ENOUGH DIGGING. THE PART # HAD CHANGED, BUT THE **** WAS RIGHT BY THE NEW PART#. SO I CALL HISSONG ******** OF ********* AND TELL THEM THE PART#, THEY LOOK IT UP, AND THEY HAD ONE SITTING ON THE ****** IT HAD BEEN THERE THE WHOLE TIME. SO THAT WAS ANOTHER TWO WEEKS LOST BECAUSE OF HISSONGS INCOMPETENCE! DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO HISSONG KW OF CLE!Business response

Hissong group did contact me saying they would remedy this monetarily. That was 4 weeks ago. I've tried calling them multiple times and ti bo avail. This Hissong group only wanted this BBB complaint closed by contacting me and reassuring me they would compensate me. They are all talk no action. They have avoided me. INITIALLY DROPPED OFF TRUCK TO KENWORTH OF ********* OCT. 21,22 WE SPOKE W/**** *******.ASKED FOR A QUOTE FOR BRAKE REPAIRS, MUDFLAP BRACKETS, HEADLIGHT COVER REPLACEMENT AND A FUEL LEAK. **** EMAILED OCT. 22,22, WITH ESTIMATE FOR THIS WORK.INITIAL ESTIMATE WAS $3,320.73 RECEIVED ANOTHER EMAIL FROM **** OCT. 24,22 STATING REPAIRS COMPLETE-INVOICE OF $2998.66.RECEIVED ANOTHER EMAIL FROM **** OCT. 24, 22 W/ FINAL INVOICE $2921.16. PAID. WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PICKING UP TRUCK WE HEARD SQUEAKING/HUMMING FROM BRAKES.WE NOTIFIED KENWORTH&DROPPED OFF TRUCK NOV. 3, 22.***** CALLED,SAID BRAKES NEEDED ADJUSTED AND WERE ADJUSTED.***** ASSURED THIS RESOLVED SQUEAKING/HUMMING. AT END OF DRIVE HOME NOV. 4, 22 SQUEAKING/HUMMING CAME BACK.WE EMAILED KENWORTH NOV. 4, 22 ABOUT ONGOING ISSUE.DIDNT RECEIVE EMAIL BACK.WE CALLED KENWORTH,BROUGHT TRUCK BACK NOV. 7, 22.***** EMAILED W/ RECOMMENDATION TO REPLACE SLACK ADJUSTER, BRAKE CHAMBER.HE ASSURED THIS WAS WHY TRUCK WAS SQUEAKING/HUMMING.WE GAVE APPROVAL TO PROCEED WITH REPAIRS.WE GOT EMAIL NOV. 9, 22 STATING TRUCK REPAIRED-INVOICE $668.34.PAID.TRUCK PICKED UP,DRIVEN.WE CALLED KENWORTH BACK&TOLD THEM SQUEAKING/HUMMING PERSISTED.WE SPOKE W/***** BASCH.HE ASKED TO BRING TRUCK BACK TO INSPECT.TOOK TRUCK NOV. 15, 22. ***** TOLD US ON MANY OCCASIONS THERE WAS POSSIBLE DEFECT IN PARTS THEY USED TO REPAIR BRAKES INITIALLY.
