            Hired for snowplowing season 11-1 thru 3-31-2022. The cost was for $200. They were to do entire driveway except where car was, which was pulled up to the garage door. First time they came was good although they could of lowered the blade lower. There were times we needed to call for service and then they damaged our fence gate. After listening to his "potty" mouth he did say he would come back to fix and would try to get a smaller blade vehicle to use. Never happened. Just started plowing less of the drive and one time an elderly neighbor came and hand shoveled for us. We called them several times asking about another small blade and if there was a problem, NO REPSONSE to any calls. We have decided because of their lack of customer support, to ask for some money to pay for our gate. Our new gate cost $1100. I have no documents to upload. After not responding to our calls, husband told them not to bother to come out and fix. We figured if they can't make a phone call or knock at the door, we couldn't see them coming out. We had to make a new fence gate a priority because of our dog. Thank you for any help in this matter.

            NEVER HIRE FLEMING BROTHERS! They violate Ohio Consumer and Home Solicitation laws. The owner uses inducement and intimidation in his business practices. Business are required to give a written quote and contract to the prospective consumer and allow the customer a 3 day cancellation period. Their work was inferior and way overpriced. Fleming Brothers preys upon the elderly. AGAIN NEVER HIRE FLEMING BROTHERS!

            Never do business with Fleming Brothers. The business operates in a very immoral manner and violates state business laws and practices. In August of 2017, my 81 year mother who was taking care of her dying husband hired this so called business to cut down 4 trees for $4,400.00(which after studying tree removal prices is a very high dollar amount). Through intimidation and inducement and illegal business practices she was taken for over $23,000.00. This so called business never provided her a quote or estimate that state law requires or given the 3 day cancellation period upon hiring the business. There was no written contract for any service rendered. The owner induced my mom into additional work and by claiming that cutting more trees would help the remaining trees grow. When my mom asked the owner to stop working in her yard he said, "I already paid for the materials." This is intimidation of a customer since he could have returned the materials. When removing tree stumps the cable tv line was cut since the owner never inquired about any underground utilities. The work was substandard and to this date there are pieces of tree stump and roots in the yard. I hired an actual professional tree removal service to estimate the cost of removing the trees that were removed. The professional service said that my mom overpaid for the tree removal service. He also added that when mature trees are to be removed he asks the owners children and grandchildren for their opinions too before removing a tree. There are laws in Ohio that specifically protect the home consumer like the Ohio Home Solicitation Act and the Consumer Sales Practices Act. Fleming Brothers does not conform to the law. Eventually Fleming Brothers and its owner was sued under Ohio Civil Law(look up the case). NEVER HIRE FLEMING BROTHERS OR ITS OWNERS!
