I ordered Transaction-09/29/2022 for 189.97 and it was deducted from my account on 10/04/2022. I contacted them several times and was told to send them a message with my information, which I did. On my last contact was 02/03/23 and talked to a person who advised me that it may be on hold. I asked them to cancel my order and he said he would look into it. I have contacted the BBB before and I was told to contact my credit card company. I just want to get my money back and close the deal.Initial Complaint

I ordered 12ga. shotgun shells from American specially Ammo on 8/25/2020 and have not received them as of 1/12/2022. I called the supplier and they informed they were having trouble getting product to complete my order. I spent $34.97 for this product and have not received it yet. Placed an order with American Specialty Ammo on 9/20/2021 and paid in full through PayPal. Have not received any communication from the company, or the product I ordered. I placed an order #***** for $106.97 and they never shipped out my item. They now disabled their website, and all of their email addresses are also offline. Scam website!
