I have to admit I wasn’t looking forward to a total kitchen renovation after a disappointing bathroom redo a few years back (with a different company). However, I was wrong. Big Bear was an absolute pleasure to work with. They excel at communications; we received a weekly update throughout the renovation process. We knew each day which of Big Bear’s team would be on site and what they would accomplish while here. All of the workers arrived on time (by 8am); they were pleasant, customer-focused, and did quality work. Kirk H****** was awesome. He helped us with design ideas and was great at problem solving situations with our century home??. If any problems arose, we were confident Big Bear would make it right…and they did. Our new kitchen is fantastic - done on time (if not ahead of schedule) and within budget. I highly recommend Bear Bear!Review from Carole R

Big Bear remodeled my primary bathroom. At the initial visit the owner Rob sketched a great new plan for the space that no one else could match. The following layout meeting was at my home with the designer, plumbing foreman and Rob. Their knowledge and expertise reinforced my confidence that I had selected the best contractor. Through the planning phase and material selections Rob provided helpful guidance but never pressured. During the project the crew on site was skilled, courteous and dedicated to doing quality work. Communication with the project coordinator, office manager and Rob by text and email was excellent. The transformation of the finished bathroom is remarkable. It is completely revitalized. I highly recommend Big Bear. If I could, I would buy another house just to have Big Bear remodel it.Review from Christina L

Big Bear Remodeling has done work for us in the past. This time they gutted our master bath and transformed it into our desired design vision. The room is bright, fresh and beautifully executed. We enjoyed working with all of Big Bear's employees. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and highly skilled; they patiently worked with us on every detail. The craftsmen were always on time, respected our home, protected the surrounding surfaces and cleaned up at the end of the day. Rob Y****, the owner, is a man of his word. He stands behind the quality of the work he delivers. If something isn't right, he'll make it right! This is when you know you've hired the right company to complete your project. My husband and I love our new bathroom! Big Bear delivered a high quality product and we have received many compliments from family and friends. Big Bear Remodeling was a fantastic partner in our kitchen remodel. Rob and the team listened to our goals and concerns to create the space of our dreams. We have a century home that was honored by the crew's attention to detail and craftsmanship. Big Bear has an exemplary communication process and the crew cleaned the space at the end of every day. Big Bear Remodeling finished two main projects for me...main bathroom and Kitchen. Rob and his crew did an amazing job. Rob listens to what you want, offers suggestions, works within your budget and then delivers a great product. His staff is very professional. If I had another project, Rob would be my first call.
