Our daughters bought my husband a gift certificate online for his November 2021 birthday. He went online to schedule and the business is closed. How can they still be selling gift cards? Totally took the money and now no service. I’d like the money returned.Initial Complaint

My mother and I have been loyal members to Massage Green. They closed in August without a word to clients. We are due about $400. Plus my daughter received a gift certificate purchased in July for $70. I have attempted to contact the national office phone number with no answer and emailed the company numerous times with no response.Initial Complaint

My husband and I have a wellness package where we are billed each month $64.75 which is equal to 1 credit for use towards massage therapy (a 60min massage was 1 credit and a partner could join for $10). We were billed Jan - Aug of 2021. It was at that time that I went to schedule a massage and was sent to voicemail at this location stating that they were temporarily closed due to labor shortages and our wellness package was frozen. They remain closed indefinitely and the space is for rent and emails to their support account (***********************************) are returned as it's an invalid account. When I call the corporate headquarters or email the corporate headquarters there is not response or I am sent to voicemail boxes that are full and no longer taking messages. I believe I have a balance of $300-500 in wellness monies/credits that had accumulated during Covid critical times and because I had just had a baby. I would like to be refunded as there was no warning they would close their doors and no communication to members regarding how to redeem their balance. Please advise.Initial Complaint

I was a member of Massage Green Spa. their notification on their site is all I know. Number just has perfunctory message as does BBB. The store location is now vacated with a "for lease" sign so I am assuming they have absconded with all money from members. I have $1,000+ in credits for massages I'd like refunded or spent if they return to business operation. Not sure what to do to try and get money back. These are individually owned apparently. Contract to provide facial/massage service since 2016. Have $1096 credit due to accumulation of monthly credits. a notice on counter stated that office would be closing to regroup due to staff shortage and would re open.No official notice .Telephone calls to corporate office would not allow me to leave voice mail.Spoke with "staff" said she was just covering asked for my money was informed she had no authority. Asked for franchise owner phone number she refused. Name of Chris and Nadine (airline pilot and stewardess) Bunsey.**********.called number unable to leave voice mail.has a facebook and my life profile. Requested printout with headed paper said they did not have it. Paid by discover card. Just want my money back. I am a senior citizen.
