I reached out to it's the little things event in November 2021 for wedding decoration services scheduled for December 21, 2021. I had checked her website prior and I saw nice reviews. I gave her details of what I wanted including color of the day, hall decoration, table and chair cover and cake table stand. She sent me a contract detailing the required services and the amount per service. I paid a total amount of $1,005.24 (in two installments) for an event of 30 people. On my wedding day, I noticed that she did not provide most of the things she charged me for (no floral decoration, no archway, she left my cake on a bar stand, no cake table decorations). Also, we had a meeting two weeks to my wedding where we discussed how the backdrop would look like. She specifically told me she would do ivory drapes with burgundy linen and put lightings around the backdrop. Only for me to see a horrible looking gold shimmer cloth hung with tripod stand behind me. No drapes, nothing. My wedding was ruined! I cried all through! I reached out for her to at least refund for the services she didn't provide but she didn't show remorse, no apologies and she said she won't refund. She even accused me of stealing a cake stand of $50. We later saw it in the hall and I mailed it to her through UPS for $25. She still refused to pay my refund. I know I have the right to request for a full refund after ruining my day but I told her to just refund the services she didn't render but she blatantly refused! I have a copy of the contract and all I want is my refund. I paid a huge money for decor but I didn't get value for money
