I have dealt with this company for a good many years . Benjamin Franklin is the other company they own . They do the plumbing side . I have had several times where I had to have them come back out to fix a problem they made or didn't fix correctly both on the heating/air and plumbing sides. Recently They came out to do the annual furnace checkup. I had to call them back out again to fix a problem they made when doing the furnace maintenance. They put a part on backwards and made it extremely hard to remove front covers . Once they fixed problem they decided to cancel me as a customer due to too many times coming out. What the heck, it isn't my fault they had to come out. They should do the job right the 1st time. This is just one of many times they did this (return) due to exhaust/water leaks and so on . They are blaming me instead of themselves for the returns. Because of this I will lose my warranty on my tankless water heater now that they cancelled me as customer. It has a 2 year maintenance and 7 year warranty. It seems to me they should honor warranty or reimburse me for the warranty left on it .Business response
