              I hired them to get rid of bed bugs for me, only finished half the job and they never came back. I can't get in contact with them at all to finish the job. I paid 450 dollars for this service.

              Used this company for 5 years thinking they were helping rid our home of termites. He now has ghosted us and randomly would not show up throughout the year to follow up on services provided. Upon ghosting we called Terminex to assist since we were still noticing signs of termites in the home. Terminex came out and when inspecting the said "TRAPS" that were placed in the ground outside our home. They were done incorrectly and in a short cut like manner. They were filled with dirt/one bait each (there should be two) and I was advised by Terminex these "bait/traps" were actually monitoring my termites not actually killing them. I was trying to help the little guy and help a small hometown business. So please whatever u do... DO NOT waste your money with this company.
