This listing is presently on ****** listed for sale. They took delivery of payment without having the item for sale. Now it's going to take 5 to 7 days to get my money back.

Not sure where to start with this. After not getting my parts on time, messaged them asking where they are, no response, asked a second time no response now I'm on the third time and again waiting for a response? Thank god it wasn't a 5000$ part that I would be out of money for it, and it's only about $300.00 but this is unreal. I don't want to give them a single star!!!

RPI designs is an awful company to buy any Corvette parts from. They are very aggressive with their customers. They build poorly made custom products. They really messed up a 2022 Corvette Splitter that cost 600 dollars. I wanted a replacement, and they gave me the runaround for 2 weeks. I got angry with them and gave up. Beware of this company.

I would leave zero stars if I could.I purchased a set of alpinestars gear from them, when it arrived it was way too small (did not match up to the size guide) so I returned it. six weeks later and I have still not received a refund. Many emails going back and forth with multiple excuses. *** called them, and when I did eventually get through to somebody the hung up on me. AVOID this company!

Called and e-mailed for weeks nothing never received my order what a joke Im calling credit card and canceling order ..

On 12/19/2022 I ordered a pair of POLISHED stainless steel crossmember covers for my C8 Corvette. Received a package from PFYC on 01/03/2023 and discovered they had sent me the wrong item. Immediately called customer service, no one answered so I left a message. The next day after not receiving a return call, I called again and after the third attempt a lady finally answered. I told her that I was sent the wrong item and needed to find out what I needed to do to return it for the correct item. She told me that she had just emailed all the information I needed to exchange for the correct item. Told her thanks for the help and went to my computer to see what I needed to do. No email, waited, no email, waited, no email. Later that day I called again and of course no answer, so I left my name and email just in case she didn't have it. I didn't want any excuse for not sending me an email. After sending numerous emails and making numerous calls, as of today (01/10/2023) I have received no response. I even got on their website and read what was needed to return an item, followed all the instructions and email it to PFYC. Of course, there has been no response to that email either. After reading numerous reviews on PFYC I have discovered this is just how PFYC does business. All I have to say to any perspective buyer, you better hope you are sent the correct item and there are no issues because their supposedly EASY RETURNS is not going to happen and there is no such thing as CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I had an issue with an item that i received from them that had some flaws in the manufacturing process, I called and was greeted by *****, I explained to her the situation and within 10 minutes she called me back and resolved my problem. After reading all the reviews here i was expecting the worse but it did not turned out to be the case. She was very professional and very helpful. Will definitely be buying from them again in the future. **** Order # ******

I have ordered from PFYC for the last (3) years and they have been exceptional from customer service (******) to product quality if I emailed or placed a call Ive gotten a response within 48hrs I have no complaints or regrets and will order from them in the future

I have never experienced such poor customer service from any other company in my lifetime and I am over 70 years old. No replies to emails, no answered or returned phone calls, no returned voice mails, no response to claims filed against them. There have been 30 BBB complaints against this company, almost all for the same reasons, and yet you still rate them A-??? There are dozens of 1 star reviews on internet review sites, all for the same reasons. Address search for ********************************************** reveals an aircraft hangar with a sign outside that states ***** Aircraft Sales. The phone number for ***** Aircraft Sales is disconnected. There is another address not far away for ***** Aircraft Sales, which, when searched in address finder, is a residential home. That phone number is also disconnected. Their website is all written in Chinese and has nothing to do with aircraft. PFYC website claims that they do not ship anything from this address and that all purchases are drop shipped from the manufacturer. I have filed a dispute through paypal credit **************** against this seller and they are waiting for a response which will never happen. They will eventually rule in my favor and the funds returned to me, however I believe that this person/company needs to be revealed to the public as the scam that they are.
