On August 29, 2024, I made an online purchase of a Duraflex ****** Racer Front Lip Under Spoiler Air Dam for my 2013 ***** Camaro. When the part arrived, my Body shop informed me that the part was very poorly fabricated and it would take his shop an addition 4-6 hours of sanding and re-working of the part. Even then, they could not guarantee that the part could be salvaged. Their online add stated that the part will need to be fitted to my vehicle and painted. I had no idea that it would cost me an additional $300 to prep the part.Initial Complaint

On April 24, 2024 I placed an order for an engine cover. I haven't received the product as of June 27, 2024. I emailed them four times and all they tell me is its processing. At this point I want a full refund. It shouldn't take over two months to process an order.Initial Complaint

Purchased 5/06/2024 Received broken part 5/10/2024 and notified Southern Car Parts immediately via email. This business does NOT answer their phone Sent pictures of broken item 5/13/2024 Did not receive RA # until 5/17/2024 after numerous emails from myself to Southern Car Parts Last email regarding a refund from Southern was 5/29/24 Today is 6/04/2024 with no refund issued.
