December 5 to 6 2022 was the date of the transaction. The price I was quoted was $125.00. to get my rental car detailed on the inside due to an issue of a public park that did not have the public restroom open for some reason. When it came to the payment I was forced to pay him twice. ***** ******* the owner of Supershine Car Wash and Detailing Service at 1001 Cleveland road Sandusky, Ohio, pressured me to use the cash app to pay him $125.00 right then and there. Then on the night of December 5 2022 Mr. ******* claimed he never received it. Next morning December 6 2022 in order to pick up my car I had to get cash from the atm and pay him $125.00 cash . I found out from the cash app support team Mr. ******* did receive it and my bank account showed it was paid to him. I asked Mr. ******* to return the $125.00 through the cash app because he had the cash from the atm of $125.00. After repeated requests on cash app and a reasonable amount of phone calls and texts asking Mr. ******* to return the extra $125.00 he has ignored me or came up with excuses such as "I do not have the funds but I will have them later." Since I returned back home to Florida I have not heard from Mr. ******* since. The receipt number from the atm cash( payment this also was so he would not try to go after me for a third payment.) The receipt number is ******. I do not have a cash app printed receipt but there is a record of the transaction. I feel I gave Mr. ******* plenty of chances to do the right thing and so far he has not.Business response

Supershine Complete, LLC/Supershine Complete Home Services, LLC is a HVAC company located on Show Low Arizona, NOT a car wash or auto detailing company located in Ohio State. Nor do we wash or detail automobiles. We provide heat, ventilation and air conditioning services exclusively. No one named ***** ****** is involved with supershine complete, llc in any way. And finally, supershine complete, llc accepts cash, checks, and all major credit cards as acceptable means of payment. However we DO NOT accept payments for our services via Cash App, Venmo, or any form electronic payment other than credit/debit card payments. it’s always sad to hear of someone feeling as though they have somehow been ripped off or overcharged for services solicited. However, the complainant in this instance has levied a complaint against the wrong company.
Please remove this complaint and inform the complainant of the above. Further complaints attempting to accuse supershine complete home services, llc of questionable or dishonest business practices related to any car wash or other business located in Ohio state will be deemed harassment, fraud or scam, an appropriate legal action will be taken to remedy this issue.
We wish the complainant our best in his/her efforts to recovery the monies they feel they were unjustly charged.

****** ********He never told me it was an additional $125 for fees. He told me he would refund the $125 that was used on the cash app since $125 was paid. If that was true he would have told he the total but he never did. If he had told me this I would not have filed this complaint. (the total would have been $250 no where in any part of any conversation was $250 mentioned. If he told me up front it would be that I would not have filed this complaint.)
