      On August of 2020 I contracted Hermes-Parker to pour a drive way at home invoice number #****. In the spring of this year I notice the concrete starting to flake and notice pot marks in the drive. I contacted the company and left numerous messages on the answering machine. No one would contact me back. I left a message on Facebook Messenger and Ozzy called me back later that day. I explained to him what the driveway was doing and he asked if I used salt I told him I don't use salt. He stated he would come out the following week to discuss the issues this was over a month ago, Ozzy never called me back and never showed up to look at the driveway. As of yesterday I left another message on Facebook and still have not had a return call back. I talked to some people I know that have worked with cement and they said it was a bad mix. I was never told after I paid my bill of 5400.00 dollars of any kind of follow up care for the concrete. I would just like them to come out and look at it and replace the drive. Our house is 3 yrs old and dont want to have a driveway with pot marks in it. I want them to standby the work.

      The business owner informed BBB that he has been in touch with the consumer.  The current plan is to pressure wash the concrete and reseal it.  Then, the concrete will be monitored to see if the matter is resolved.

      Good morning,

      I'm not sure how to follow up on my part with the above case number. The company did come out on May 26 2022 and did state he would like  try and power wash the drive and seal and then monitor the drive. **** one of the owners also stated he was going to talk to the supplier because it appears that it looks to be a bad mix he also took pictures of the drive. As of this date I still have not heard from the company after leaving a message mid June I'm not sure if there is any more help you could assist me with.
