Left me hanging for 6 days before work was done. Paid extra for parts they destroyed. Got charged $60.00 from city to turn the water off and then back on because plumber turned water on when he was finished, he was not allowed to do that. Water was turned off by city when the leak occurred, city had to turn it back on, not the plumber. $ ****** was paid on top of bill, no receipt showing they did the work.

When we made the call to request an appointment to have them come out we were not happy or optimistic due to the past 3 different companies that just took our money and left us with the same problem. We needed someone to come up with a solution and determine why we had water constantly entering our basement without it raining. we have had this issue since day one of the home when it was built and no ******* has been able to determine what was causing this, but each of the previous companies had a solution that they charged us a combined $17,822 for! When Firelands arrived ***** asked me to describe the problem, afterwards he said he had to grab a few items from the truck and he would be right back in and asked if he could check out the basement. I waited upstairs, My axiety was through the roof. After approximately 10 minutes he says he knows exactly what my problem is and why we have water entering through the walls and in the sump pump. Me, i'm still not too optimistic until he explains why i have the water and **** a picture demonstrating how it was happening. These guys became my lifetime plumbers. Unbelieveable, after 14 years of numerous companies, tens of thousands of dollars spent that didn't solve the problem and this man has it diagnosed in 10 minutes. The fix wasnt cheap considering the use of excavator and 4 days of work, but i havent had a water issue since and its been over 1 year now. the entire time was that the builder had originally installed the downspout drains at a depth of 6 feet deep and they tied into a storm basin. Well i live 75' from the bay and the lake levels have always been visible in the storm basin and the downspout drain ties into that basin and the lake level is over the pipe that enters the basin and the builder never glued any or the pipe or fittings at my foundation and here the entire time the bay water was draining backwards around my home and running out of the fittings!

Had a terrible experience with this company. A day and a half work to get charged $7k labor for one guy. Said they would make it right but never have after 2 months.
