After hiring a contractor to replace my pump for my well it was found that my well had partially collapsed. Mr. *** parked his heavy equipment and drove over my well during wet and raining conditions which in turn played a huge part in the collapse of my well. I had no issues other than the pump giving out with my well producing clean and efficient water supply. Now our water is very cloudy and has dirt particles which makes it impossible to use or drink.
A tree in the my right front yard has been left with roots sticking up from the ground and half the rooting system has been destroyed. I am fearful now that this tree will not survive and will need to be removed. I was told that this would not happen and that my tree would not be touched during the installation of the new septic but that was not true.
The drains from the kitchen were never replaced going from the house to the new septic. I did try calling the local health department and asked if we could include those in the build, but I never received a follow up call. I conveyed to Mr. *** about my concerns with these drains and that I have pulled out huge clumps of tree roots from these drains in the past and I know tree roots go where there is water and I do not wish for them to clog the new system. I was told by Mr. *** that those drains were not included in the design of the system however according to the blue prints it does show these drains being replaced.
He also hit an electrical wire that was buried in the front yard that we had no idea was there. When doing so he sent an electrical surge to a switch inside my home. After I informed him of the burst of flames in my home Mr. *** came inside and proceeded to cut the wires in the switch box. The surge fried the switch that controlled my porch light. He then cut the wires outside of my home as well as the piping that covers the wires. He left the wires exposed outside and left the piping exposed in my front yard. He turned on the breaker to the switches and said he would have an electrician look at it. This all happened on September 21st, 2021. His electrician finally came on Tuesday October 26th to "fix" the electrical issues caused by Mr. ***. The gentleman was able to get the porch light working again however he did nothing with the exposed wires outside of my home that led to the switch box inside my home.
I understand that this was government funded and I did only pay for a portion of the cost however that is no excuse for the poor workmanship.
