I rented a room on 03/16/2024 and checked out on 03/17/2024. The room was booked online in advance. I provided a card for incidentals. I checked out 03/17/2024 the $100 incidental charge was refunded back to my account 03/18/2024. I was very happy with service until while grocery shopping I realized on 03/19/2024 they recharged my card $100. I tried calling the hotel from two different phone numbers and was hung up on multiple times before even speaking to anyone. Now Im haveing to sit for 30-40 minutes to dispute the charge and any future charges against my card. This charge overdrew my account. The room was only $88.62 per yhe reciept I recieved.Customer response

Good afternoon, I have spoken with Choice Hotels and my bank. As of today, my money has been refunded and my complaint has been heard. My situation has been resolved. *********** **** ***** ******** ******** ***
