              I received a recall letter dated October 21, 2001, from ******** on our *** model. The recall was for a toe link. I transported my vehicle to Glockner's Auto in Portsmouth, Ohio on November 22, 2021. I requested that while my vehicle was there for the recall that they try and remove my stuck CD in the CD player. No estimate was given on the stuck CD. The recall part is not a correct part and they were not able to correct this recall. The CD was not able to be removed from the CD Player. I was charged $235.90 for the failed CD removal effort. I informed the Manager that this was an over charged price for the failed cd removal, no new part was placed in the cd player. This was $235.90 for a labor effort. He stated this was the charge and that I should see if I could get reimbursed from a different auto repair garage that put in a new Que system in the ******** about a year ago.

              We spent 2 days trying to buy a new Jeep Wagoneer. Jacie L****** called me with a price. I agreed and gave her all of my information to get the paperwork ready. We made the 55 minute trip again. When we were 10 minutes away, she called to tell me that they would have to have $2500 more than she had told me just an hour earlier. I will never buy another vehicle from Glockner!!!
